Food Labels - Sodium:

Magnesium is beneficial for heart health. There are different forms of Magnesium that you can find over the counter at your drug store, so read the label carefully before you purchase that supplement.

Magnesium Oxide vs Magnesium Glycinate??  I recommend Magnesium Glycinate because:

*it is better absorbed by the body, making it more effective for raising magnesium levels

*it can help prevent irregular heart beats

* it can relax blood vessels, which can help high blood pressure

*it can help with stress relief, support deep sleep, and reduce muscle spasms

*it is typically gentle on the stomach; Magnesium Oxide may cause gastrointestinal discomfort
